Our website is designed to help you find the supplement(s) best suited to meet your health needs. If you have a good idea of which product you need you can simply visit our Products Page and sort through our products by category.
Or if you just want to give us a call at 877-880-7800 our customer support team can assist you in finding the product you are looking for, take your order over the phone, help you order on-line or by mail.
We generally process and ship your items within 24 hours. If you need to make changes to your after you’ve placed your order on our web site, please call us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we will be unable to edit your order.
Our Shopping Cart
The Biocentric Health Shopping Cart is designed to protect your privacy, accuracy of your order and security. All your confidential information is also protected. The following information will help you understand how to add an item to your shopping cart, change the quantity of a product you are ordering, and place your order.
Adding Items to the Shopping Cart
To add any item to your shopping cart, simply click on the “Add To Cart” button when displayed next to a product. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout process by clicking on the “Remove” button in your cart.
Changing Quantities of an Item
If you wish to change the quantity of any item(s) in your shopping cart, just type the new quantity in the quantity field for that product while checking out and click on “Refresh” button. You must click on the “Refresh” button in order for the quantity to be updated.
Finalizing Your Purchase
Once you have placed each item you want to purchase in your shopping cart simply click on “Checkout” button to send us your order. You’ll then be prompted to enter your shipping address, billing information and credit card information. We’ll receive your order immediately and will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received.
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. You may also pay using a check or money order when placing your order by mail.
We do not charge sales tax.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order (but it usually arrives shortly after your order is placed). This email will provide you with the Order ID number required to locate your order.
You can also verify that your order has been placed and track its status by logging into your account using your email address and password. You may also call use directly to verify the status of your order.
