Take 2 - 4 sprays as described below, or as directed by a health professional.
We suggest taking 2 sprays upon awakening if you are taking other TaurImmune products or if you are very sensitive to medications. Otherwise, take 4 sprays.
You can divide the dose throughout the day, or take more than one dose. Take the last dose at least 6 hours before bedtime. Taking too much can make it more difficult to fall asleep. If this is a problem, reduce the dose or take it earlier in the day.
For prevention: Use once a week. This can be alone or in addition to other products containing Taurox.
If exposed to someone with the flu: In addition to the weekly dose, take a dose after exposure and again the next day.
